Casa de Oro Alliance Meet/Greet/Eat! 5/24/23 6-7pm

Did you know that the park is expanding with the Biofiltration and Trash Capture Project? New features like parking, sidewalks, trails, and native plantings will be happening this summer enhancing this natural gem of a park!

* Take a night off cooking dinner and support a delicious local food truck, TacoLandSD. Food available for purchase with homemade tortillas and a variety of meats. Vegetarian and kid menu items are also available! They are not requiring that the Alliance guarantees a minimum number of customers (which is SO VERY generous of them and unusual in the food truck industry), so we really hope that folks will plan to purchase dinner, bring a picnic blanket, and enjoy getting to know your neighbors.

* Come meet members of the Casa de Oro Alliance and learn more about our organization. Learn how you can volunteer to help create more events and build relationships within our diverse community.

* Learn about the unique flora and fauna of the park with our local county Park Ranger. How about those frogs?!

* Ask in-person questions to the Estrella County Park Biofiltration Project Manager about the new park enhancements, construction, and any project features you'd like to know more about and how they may affect our neighborhood.

We really hope you can make this event and that this will be the start of more to come.

Please walk to the event if you can as parking is currently limited on Estrella Drive. You can also come up to the park through the Sierra Madre entrances off of Conrad or N. Bonita.
