
- Colorfully wrapped utility boxes with beautiful graphics along Campo Road
- Installed several pole-banners and planter pots along Campo Road
- Continued to meet monthly to clean up Campo Road as well as conduct semiannual community cleanups with Monte Vista High School students
- Re-landscaped property alongside Campo Road at the Auto Zone location
- Continue to collaborate with the La Mesa Spring Valley School District and Supervisor Nathan Fletcher with plans to build a new 13,000 square foot library and Community Center in Casa de Oro
- Received a County of San Diego Neighborhood Reinvestment Grant to install ornamental planters and light pole banners along Campo Road in 2022
- Partnered with the county on the funded SANDAG grant Specific Plan and design guidelines for Casa de Oro, to be approved by the Board of Supervisors in 2022
- Produced a valuable Business Guidebook containing important resources for local businesses
- Maintained a high-profile CDO Alliance Advisory Council composed of property and business owners, and community leaders to support the Board of Directors
- Observed the closure of the illegal marijuana dispensaries by the Rancho San Diego Sheriff’s Dept.
- Created a Community in Harmony project with the objective to liven and unify the community through musical & entertaining performances in Casa De Oro
